For Young Adults

Jessica specializes in working with young adults (17 yrs +) to navigate social emotional challenges that emerge during secondary schooling to post secondary years in addition to supporting them in their academic/career goals.

Stress, adjusting to transitions, navigating relationships with partners or friends are some of the few challenges that young adults encounter during these years. Having been a part of the school system for many years, Jessica supports young adults through age related challenges by helping them understand their wants and needs, develop resilience and coping strategies that will serve them through life.

Overall, with her experiences in the education and mental health field, Jessica provides insight into what can often be a confusing time in a young person's life.

Below are the areas that Jessica can assist youth.
